Access to sierra central online banking is granted exclusively to members in good standing. By using this portal, you agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sierra central credit union login information. Electronic Fund Transfers
Within our Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Disclosure, we outline the rights and liabilities concerning ATM usage, point-of-sale transactions, and ACH transfers. Members are provided with a 60-day window to report discrepancies on their statements to ensure maximum protection under Regulation E.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal regulations of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of sierra central online banking shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY, given our headquarters location at 123 Main Street.
Liability Limits
Sierra Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the inability to access our digital services during unforeseen maintenance windows or regional infrastructure outages impacting the Sierra foothills.
Amendments
We periodically update these terms to reflect changes in regulatory standards and technological advancements. Continued use of the platform after March 05, 2026, constitutes acceptance of the current legal framework.
